Why: Committing to a pair of designer sunglasses can be daunting, at upwards of $200 I found myself deciding whether to choose a pair that either goes with everything or would become my signature look.

That’s when I discovered that you can have both. Commit to a special pair that I carefully place in the case and bring to certain events, but then having a few others that are less expensive and don’t carry the same worry about breaking, scratching or losing.

I realize recommending sunglasses without UV protection is not ideal, but IMO there’s a time and a place that is okay for them. When you are paying a fraction of the price, you can afford an inexpensive pair for those evenings just before sunset when you’ll throw them in your bag for the night, for that 20-min early morning walk or to complete a look when you’ll be spending most of the time indoors.
